Duo Onimasu Kagura 99MDF Floating Lure CCC4524 (6994)

99mm | Floating | Finish: CCC4524

The Duo Onimasu Kagura 99MDF Floating Lure is a trout/salmon-style minnow built for controlled river and lake presentations, not just straight winding.

The body size gives enough presence for bigger fish while still keeping the baitfish shape clean.

The important part is how you place it in the water.

This version suits mid-depth work where you need the lure to bite into current and stay in the lane longer than a shallow minnow, letting you work a defined line instead of randomly covering water.

Use rod twitches to make it kick off-centre, then pause briefly so it looks like a baitfish losing balance in the flow.

In stronger current, keep the retrieve slightly firmer so it holds its line; in slower water, give it more pauses and softer taps.

It is not a lure to overpower with constant hard jerks.

The better approach is to let the current, pause and small rod inputs create the trigger.

The CCC4524 finish should be chosen by visibility rather than by name alone.

If it looks natural or silver, use it for clear water and baitfish-matching.

If it has pink, chartreuse, glow or heavy flash, save it for low light, surf, stained water or reaction bites.

The lure’s action and size matter first; the finish fine-tunes how easily fish can find it.

TARGET SPECIES: trout, salmon, sea-run trout, char, perch, bass and predatory fish feeding on small to medium baitfish.
