Mustad G-Series Slow Stroke Jigging Rod Conventional

Brand new on the water is a really nicely made Mustad slow pitch jigging rod. The rod specs printed on the rod may be over what the true capabilities are however, when most manufacturers create a slow jig rod that is too firm – the G-series has a really nice soft tip, looks great, and has the eva butt grip extension for automatic protection while in a rod holder. Here is what Mustad has to say:

Mustad has introduced a newly designed G-Series Slow Fall jigging rod. Featuring 24T High Modulus carbon fiber integrated on ultra-parabolic blanks to create an incredibly strong and versatile tool. The rods feature Fuji K-Series Alconite tangle-free guides spiral Acid-wrapped to alleviate torque when fishing big fish from the depths. Custom designed by Mustad Rodworks with EVA grips and Fuji reel seat for a balance and comfort for those long days on the water while providing all the leverage needed to target pelagic and reef species without wasting power. Available in 4 models to match all your favorite Johnnyjigs slow pitch jig weights and styles.
